407-718-4640, firstname.lastname@example.org ORLANDO (Aug. 28, 2017) – Guests of Rosen Centre are about to experience the future of comfort. The Orlando-based hotel recently announced a stunning, ultramodern renovation of all its guestrooms. Slated for completion by the end of this year, the guestroom updates include sleek and polished new furnishings, a calming color palette and tech-friendly integrations to keep business travelers and families rested and recharged.
With renovations already underway, Rosen Centre’s spacious guestrooms are being updated to reflect the ultimate in spa-like calm and serenity. The walls, painted a deep rich teal, provide a clean backdrop to beds’ horizontal-panel headboards, which feature a gray-blue ombre finish. Soft touches of gray, crisp white and teal lend themselves to the contemporary feel. The room’s nightstand and table are finished in a brushed nickel. The desk and dresser have been replaced with a streamlined, quartz-topped all-in-one version complete with matching pull-out ottoman. The expansive dresser desk offers plenty of room to spread out and use with multiple lap tops, electronic devices and more.
The new carpets feature a large gray, teal pattern with subtle silver accents that perfectly complement the room’s color palette. Side panel curtains, in off-white and silver, frame the silk sheers on the large windows overlooking International Drive and Orlando’s acclaimed attractions. Wooden cornice boards anchor the picturesque view and provide warmth to the space. The bathrooms, previously renovated, have been refreshed with new mirrors, light fixtures and quartz countertops.
Business travelers, tech-savvy families and millennials alike will enjoy the new, easy-to-access technological integrations. They can charge all their devices at once on the multi-outlet connectivity bar located below a new wall-mounted 50” flat screen TV. The connectivity bar also contains one ethernet and two USB ports. Additional outlets and USB ports are located on the desk lamps, headboard panels and nightstand lamps, providing plenty of recharging and connecting options for everyone. The king rooms will also feature an elegant chaise with a c-table, perfect for guests that want to relax and work on their laptops.
In addition to the renovation, Rosen Centre has upgraded 1024 guestrooms to double queens and has increased king guestrooms by 24. All have been replaced with contemporary platform bedding, accentuated with plush upholstered panels around the perimeter. New pillowtop mattresses have been customized with extra quilting for Rosen Centre guests to provide unsurpassed comfort and support for a superior night’s sleep. The new bedding options are congruous to the upscale hotel’s premier stature among Orlando meetings properties.
“We designed our new guestrooms to reflect the balance between form and function that is so important to our guests. Integrating the necessary technology in a calming, comfortable environment strikes that balance,” said Todd Frappier, Director of Sales & Marketing for Rosen Centre.
The award-winning Rosen Centre boasts 150,000 square feet of meeting and event space with a Grand Ballroom spanning 35,000 square feet. It has an 18,000-square-foot Executive Ballroom, 14,375-square-foot Junior Ballroom and 35 breakout rooms. Event planners also gain that extra peace-of-mind with “The Rosen Difference” – an elevated level of service and dedication to the customer experience that only Florida’s largest independent hotelier can provide.
The hotel features nine dining options – including two perfect for buy-outs – under the keen supervision of Executive Chef Michael Rumplik. Everglades restaurant offers a sophisticated, yet whimsical atmosphere depicting the romance and intrigue of the Florida Everglades. Head Chef Fred Vlachos, a member of Orlando magazine’s Culinary Hall of Fame, leads a team that serves the prime Florida steaks and the freshest seafood with perfect pairings recommended from the restaurant’s extensive wine list. Also unique, Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill is the only one of its kind along International Drive, with a full restaurant and both indoor and outdoor options that let visitors take in the beautiful Florida sunshine and serene, palm tree-lined pool views. Head Chef Tello Luna and his team create world-class dishes for Rosen Centre guests that go far beyond the typical fare.
With its new, chic guestrooms and extensive meeting space and dining options, Rosen Centre is ideal for business travelers and on-the-go families. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in the guestrooms and public areas, and there is never a resort fee. Rosen Centre is ideally centrally located in the heart of International Drive within minutes of Orlando’s acclaimed theme parks and attractions and a quick twelve minutes away from the Orlando International Airport. It is also connected to the Orange County Convention Center via an overhead, covered pedestrian walkway.

“The Rosen Centre is the ONLY venue we will come back to time and time again. It goes without saying the proximity to the airport and convention center is a huge benefit, but it goes way beyond that for us. The hotel itself is equipped with just the right amenities and dining outlets, has more than ample meeting space, is sustainably conscious, and let’s not forget the AWESOME poolside bar and on-site deli!
The staff is incredible. The team’s attention to detail and eagerness to please (even with our insane requests) are the sole reasons we continue to use the facility. They never let us see them sweat. They never say no and always pull out all the stops to make sure our programs are as turn-key as possible”
– Heidi Pascale, Director, Corporate Events
“The Rosen Centre is a meeting planner’s dream with multiple meeting rooms sized to accommodate any group, diverse catering options, an exceptionally creative team and an excellent location on International Drive. Owner Harris Rosen and the entire Rosen Centre staff have always been willing to go above and beyond to not only meet, but to exceed, their client’s requests. I’ve held many events at the hotel and each time our group has been made to feel as though they were being welcomed home.”
– Elaine Ellison, CMP, Senior Conference and Events Coordinator
Lockheed Martin Corp
“We’re always delighted with the culinary staff. And connecting to the OCCC has added an even higher level of satisfaction for our attendees and exhibitors.”
-Jana Brown, CMP, Director of Conference Events
Golf Course Superintendents Association of America
“Each year, we’re challenged with outdoing the previous year’s meeting, taking it to the next level to keep attendance up and our attendees excited. The staff at Rosen Centre have become an extension of our team and a true partner in helping us plan this path to success. For example, Executive Chef Michael Rumplik and his culinary artists outdid themselves for our first conference, going beyond the typical catering menu, creating world-class dishes to satisfy the many varied tastes of our international crowd. We know they’re invested in providing the best.
There were nine of us on a recent call brainstorming ideas for transforming the hotel’s 35,000 square-foot Grand Ballroom. It was the hotel who suggested we consider including the reception area outside the ballroom in our plan and recommended building an incredible video wall that we knew will be a hit with our tech-savvy group. They know their property and guide us to push the limits. It’s extremely helpful and rewarding to have the entire hotel group invested in our mutual success.”
