Led by Orlando Magazine Culinary Hall of Fame inductee Head Chef Fred Vlachos, Everglades features an array of steak and seafood dishes that artfully blend Florida traditional flavors with more contemporary dishes.
A truly magical menu, start with a choice of Watermelon & Pistachio-Crusted Goat Cheese, Alligator Bay Chowder or George Barley Salad.
Then enjoy a choice of Grilled Angus Filet served with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Baby Vegetables complemented with Pinot Noir Demi Sauce; Berkshire Pork Chop served with Fried Buttermilk Green Tomatoes and Whiskey Glazed Apples; Broiled Florida Grouper served with Smoked Tomato Grits and Asparagus complemented with Saffron & pickled Bermuda onions; or Chilean Sea Bass with Artichoke and Toasted Tomato Risotto complemented with Bearnaise.
Finish with delicious desserts such as Double Fudge Chocolate Overload, Key Lime Pie or a duo of dessert shots to include Key Lime Pie, Strawberry Shortcake, Mocha Cappuccino Mousse, Toblerone Ganache or Tiramisu.
