Everglades offers a four-course dinner and wine pairing (3 oz of wine per course is included) for $71.50 per person. The romantic Valentine’s dinner starts with seared cocoa scallops and Burrata mixed greens salad, then choose shrimp with a lemon tomato burre blanc; filet cognac and Morrel sauce; or roast breast of chicken with fontina cheese. Then share chocolate ecstasy or layers of chocolate cake with Godiva mousse for dessert.
