Executive Chef Michael McMullen of Rosen Centre, previously served as the Executive Chef of Rosen Plaza since 2006. Chef Michael graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. His success is greatly attributed to his ability to bring people together and work as a team toward a common goal. Guests can always count on him as he makes himself available to speak with them directly about their special dietary concerns or requests whether it be during holiday functions or just in a daily restaurant setting. Chef Michael goes the extra mile toward guest satisfaction. Chef Michael is a certified member of the American Culinary Federation and has an extensive background in menu creation. During his free time, he has participated in several company-sponsored Habitat for Humanity group builds and frequently enjoys boating and spending time with his family.
